Black Towns Municipal Management (BTMM) was created by former Tullahassee Town Manager Cymone Davis as a consulting firm and to scale services for managing municipalities.
Located minutes from the Greenwood District, where the Tulsa Race Massacre occurred, our company is strategically rebuilding for the next 100 years.
